Unable to connect to Xbox Live (Xbox One and Xbox app)

Hello!

I am currently unable to connect to my Xbox Live account. My Xbox One is not connecting and neither is the Xbox app on my phone and tablet. The network connection is fine. When I check it in the Xbox settings, it says (Your network is good, but there are
some Xbox service issues" and it tells me to check the Xbox Live services website. I did, and it says all services are operating normally. I performed power cycles on the console without any improvement. When I launch the Xbox app on my phone and tablet, they
also unable to connect to the services. My Microsoft account is fine, since I was able to check my emails and sign in here to write this post. I checked the forums and no one reported a similar problem recently.

Anyone else unable to sign into xbox live when playing the 360 games?

When pressing both the Menu and View buttons to bring up the mini guide it just says connect to xbox live.

Similar situation in Athens, Greece (provider: OTENET). 360 connects to the internet fine through Ethernet connection, but can't connect to Xbox Live. I reset my network settings, power-cycled my router, power-cycled my 360, and deleted my profile (and was
unable to re-download).

Oddly enough, this problem is specific to my Xbox 360 and the 360 SmartGlass app I have on an Android device. I have an Xbox One on the same network (hardwired into the same router, no less) which is connecting to Xbox Live without any problems (as is the
Xbox mobile app that is associated with the Xbox One).
