Unable to connect to Xbox live parties

I have this issue too sorta im able to connect to xbox live but unable to stay connected to parties or games for more than a few minuets someone needs to get on this now!

No, I have no problem staying connected to xbox live. I'm unable to join any of my friends games (any multiplayer game), but I can get into parties or games by myself.

Internet connection.

If you haven't already, make sure your router is up-to-date with the latest version of firmware. Visit the manufactures website and check for the latest updated firmware for your router's model and hardware version number.

alot of times its just conflicting networks from your ISP and your friends.Seeing as you did everything posted above, your best bet is to either call your ISP and see if you can get your network refreshed, or contact the official xbox support who may have
more ideas for you to try. Sorry

To connect at the xbox live parties you need to have open NAT settings and that involves port forwarding. At this link you will find an explanation of port forwarding and a guide on how to open said ports:
