    Hello everyone,

    I have recently been having some problems with my Xbox 360 not being able to connect to Xbox live parties or games. (The only game I have tried to connect on was minecraft). When I try to connect, I receive a message saying "Can't connect to the Xbox Live
    Party. There may be network problems". I don't think it is an issue to do with my internet as I am still able to use other apps successfully such as YouTube and internet explorer. I have tried using both wired and wireless connections (Wireless is my usual,
    preferred option, but I was able to use a wired connection directly from my router). I have tried all other troubleshooting steps including turn of the router and restoring network settings back to factory settings. Neither of these have worked. I have experienced
    these issues before but didn't use my xbox for about a month after that and it was fine when I began using it a couple of days ago.

    On the xbox one I am able to connect to xbox live and join parties but am unable to play any games online

    I have this issue too sorta im able to connect to xbox live but unable to stay connected to parties or games for more than a few minuets someone needs to get on this now!

    No, I have no problem staying connected to xbox live. I'm unable to join any of my friends games (any multiplayer game), but I can get into parties or games by myself.

    There is No Xbox messages that appear, only ones that appear olare the one on the games itself.

    Fifa says- Cant connect to opponent

    MW- Can't join party or party member started a game

    Star wars says nothing except unable to connect.

    Before we begin troubleshooting I would like you to answer a few questions for us. This information will help us give you the very best support possible. Please read:

    forums.xbox.com/.../155724.aspx     And post back in full detail (the bits that are in bold). Also include if there have been any changes in any of your network set up recently and also if you or your friend have multiple xboxes connecting to the same router
    Internet connection.

    If you haven't already, make sure your router is up-to-date with the latest version of firmware. Visit the manufactures website and check for the latest updated firmware for your router's model and hardware version number.
