Unable to connect to xbox live on windows 10

When you're connected to the internet, best thing would be to go to Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking and see what it says there. If there are issues, latency is high, packet loss is high, or NAT isn't at least Moderate. Let us know what that says,
and we can try and troubleshoot from there.

Nat Type says Teredo is unable to qualify. Server connectivity says blocked.

I know you say it clears when you search again, but I would go through the
Teredo troubleshooting page, and see if any of those help. This is most likely going to be the cause of the issue.

Teredo is basically allowing features that come with using IPv6 while on an IPv4 network. The steps to get Teredo working are usually going to be easier than ensuring that you have an IPv6 connection from your ISP and properly setting up your home network
and devices for IPv6, and that page should get you sorted for that.

Additionally, the
Server Connectivity Blocked issue has it's own set of troubleshooting, but is more likely a symptom of your Teredo error than the cause of the issue, so start with Teredo.
