Unable to connect to Xbox Live on 360

Xbox Live has been down for more than a week for me now

My Internet connection is fine but I can't connect to Live

There are also many other people who reported the same issue

Yet there are no words from Microsoft

It's been really frustrating since I've tried all the possible solutions they suggested and none of them work

Will someone tell me what is going on?

Anyone else unable to sign into xbox live when playing the 360 games?

When pressing both the Menu and View buttons to bring up the mini guide it just says connect to xbox live.

Can you please tell us what country you're from and what internet provider you use?

Do you get an error message or error code when you do a network test to Xbox Live in the console's network settings?

I have error 8015190E everytime I try to connect

It's been almost 2 weeks now

Hi there. You can try the steps below to solve this issue:

In your console, go to Settings »»» System »»» Storage »»» All Devices (or your Storage device) »»» Profile »»» Erase all Profiles (but keeps items)

next step: Settings »»» System »»» Storage »»» All Devices (or your Storage device) »»» Games and Apps »»» Search for an app or game with an yellow "!". If you found, erase the game or app, it's corrupted

next step: Settings »»» System »»» Storage »»» In this screen, press Y »»» Choose Clear cache »»» Repet this operation 3x

next step: Settings »»» System »»» Network Settings »»» Select your Network »»» Select Configure Network »»» Select Additional Settings »»» click in Restore to Factory Defaults

After all the steps above done, Turn off your console for 4 minutes, unplugging the power supply from it. After restarting device, enter with you account (Social »»» Sign in / out »»» Download profile) and now it'll work

 

I'm having the same issue. Since the 27th Apr. I was in live chat with support staff and the dude asked me to delete my profile but now I cant even get my profile back on my 360 :/. I can log with my account on Xbox app for Windows 10 and mobile app, asked
my friend to try download my profile to his 360 and he was logged in on my account no problems.. My connection is fine but after I test XBL connection, it puts me back on dashboard and I can see all online features but when I tried signing in my profile before
I deleted it, I get an error code. This goes on and on and on... PLEASE HELP MEE!!!!!! Had my account for 4 years with 80k gamescore and 1 year gold subscription!!! I AM NOT CREATING A NEW ACCOUNT! IM SELLING MY XBOX IF I CANT GET THIS SORTED!!!!I'm dying

Idk where the problem is from: the console or my modem

I tried connecting to a 3G and it works fine

But wifi is hopeless

 

Among the other suggestions (profile, network troubleshooting, updates, etc.) you may want to check your date and time.

If it is off even just by 5 minutes you may get the dreaded '8015190E' error about the profile being temporarily unavailable.

 

I cant join the Xbox live service, my name is Martin and when I type my First name, its saying word or phrase not allowed, what to do? Help please

 

All of my date and time is set to default

almost a month now

I'm just guessing it has something to do with my wi-fi

Because I can use 3g to connect to xbox live just fine

even though it would be more expensive and slower
