see i purchased my xbox 360 before 3 or 4 months...i'm unable to connect to xbox live ..when i was buying it the seller said that the xbox will not run xbox live but i have purchased it brand new not used and i have registered it myself and i have it's original
authorised bill...i searched every shop in my city they said it will not run xbox live i said i want to run it they said if you want to run it you should buy xbox without hard disk .... i have 320 gb hard disk ....and when i want games i have to go to any
shop of xbox and they load games in hard disk ..i have xbox live card also...and i live in india... i searched every where they said this only...i'm also unable to update my xbox 360 please help me

Connection problem - HELP

Hey guys,
So it's been about a year since I bought my Xbox 360 (newer generation), and my Xbox Live connection works 2 days out of 3. I use wireless connection. My Xbox is pretty far from my router, but when I connect to a network, my router shows up and there are usually around 4 bars. When I click on "test connection", this is where it tells me that the console is unable to connect.
Did anyone had this problem before?

Check your subscription at http://account.microsoft.com for the expiration date on your Ultimate subscription. It should be 3 months (from the Gold) plus the amount of time you purchased Ultimate. So if you purchased 1 month of Ultimate, you should have a total of 4 months of Ultimate.

Currently getting kicked from Xbox live on DS2 still as if I'm online in game but cannot connect to multiplayer session. When I go home I'm disconnected from live been doing this on and off for 4months now. Contacted Microsoft online chat team 4 times previously
successfully , but been unable to this month.

The console wouldn't have a 3 year warranty. It should have a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase.

If it was purchased as new from an authorised retailer.
