    Unable to connect to Xbox Live due to losing parental account credentials, making me unable to ...


    I haven't been able to update my Xbox Live gold membership. I have a family plan, and I have lost both the email and password for the parent account (I believe it is engulfedpeak87). I was hoping there was either a way to find the email and password for
    the account, or I somehow disband my account from the family plan, and I don't know how to do either ways. I was hoping anyone could help!

    If your parents are unable to log in or have lost their login credentials, they'd need to call up phone support in their region for assistance.

    If you're unable to accept the terms of use as Child and Parental then you'll unable to access Xbox LIVE with that specific account. Therefore, you'll have to create a new account to play with other players. Quite sorry.
