    Unable to connect to Xbox Live--Code not working!!


    Please help...just bought a Gold membership from Game stop and it's not working....says that it's unable to download...because it has something to do with Microsoft's end. What should I do?

    xbox live connection shows that it is working but cannot connect

    the xbox troubleshooting connection shows that live is working but when i try to connect it reads error code 800704DC and i am unable to connect; have tried shutting off/on, changing my password, etc.. any ideas?
