    Unable to connect to Xbox live and internet


    Hey

    For the past week or so, my boys have not been able to connect to Fortnite.

    Intermittently, while trying to change settings it will say that there is no internet connection, then there is. However, since this issue cannot connect to Xbox live or Microsoft store.

    Tried the hard reset. No change.

    Tried deleting the profile, to 're add it. Now cannot add any new profile, nor create a new one.

    This error message keeps coming up, but there is nothing in the xbox error help.

    This looks normal.

    Nothing wrong with it.

    If you get disconnected again, then take a Xbox Live Connection Test.

    Like you said, your Xbox is Wired so provide us the details where your Xbox is unable to connect with:

    Unable to connect to Live this morning. I rechecked everything, Xbox Live appears down to me. I can see my Xbox from PC, Xbox can see the internet.
