    Unable to connect to Xbox Live account


    My Xbox One allows me to log onto my account on the xbox, but when I attempt to use an app (netflix) or play a downloaded game (Fitness), it says that I need to log onto Xbox Live first to access the game or app. I have gotten either error code 0x87dd0019
    or 0x87dd001a. I have tried everything that the support site has told me to do with no success.

    I understand that there are issues currently being worked on. And, I wonder if my issue is part of the current problem or just my own.

    Anyone else unable to sign into xbox live when playing the 360 games?

    When pressing both the Menu and View buttons to bring up the mini guide it just says connect to xbox live.

    Unfortunatly no, accounts are solo on xbox live and are unable to have connections to each other in such a manner.
