Unable to connect to xbox console from xbox app

I have an update regarding this issue.

After an hard reset of the console (complete factory reset), the problem persisted, and i was unable to install the bluray app.

The only solution that i found was to change the network connection used to connect the Xbox to the internet.

I have switch from a provider to another (the same wifi network and the same router) and magically the blu ray app installed.

How is this possible? Other apps and games download and installed themself without problems, only the BD app was unable to do so...

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently inquiring about why you are unable to use an app on your console offline.

You are unable to use any sort of apps on your console while offline. Since the Blu-ray Player app is required to launch in order to use to view media from discs, you would be unable to use it while you are not currently connected to Xbox Live [the internet]

That being said, there are certain things your console can do while it is not online, and for that, I would like to refer you to the article title

But don't you receive a Teredo unable to qualify message on your network test? Would you please share your connection test (inside the Xbox Console Companion app) with the Xbox Live servers?

Hi, I am unable to sign in from my computer on the Xbox One console. I have to disconnect my controller, walk downstairs and connect it to the xbox, sign in, come back upstairs and use the app. I've tried deleting the directory and downloading the beta app
today. The beta app gives the same message. I get the message on all 3 of my windows 10 computers.

If you are on android, log out of the app and go to your application manager, clear the app cache and restart the phone.

Then do this with your console to generate a new pairing code.

Go to Settings>System>Console Information

And restart keeping your games.

Note that the console accounts will be removed, so you will need to have the email and password for each account to log back in.

Your progress, achievements, purchases and other data will remain intact, don't worry about that, you won't lose any data, the only thing you need to do is to log in again.

Try linking again when you are configuring the console.
