There are some intermittent connection issues with Xbox Live right now, so that could be part of the problem. Just to be sure, have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game?

Isn't nokia Lumia 520 support Xbox Live games?? Then why tis apps included on Lumia 5

The Nokia Lumia 520 should be able to play Xbox Live games. Let's make certain that the operating system on the phone is the most current in order to see if this is why you're getting errors. Please see the following page for how to check for updates on

I've been getting the unable to connect for a few weeks but was still able to play normally after pressing OK. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to fix. Now I get the error immediately and cannot play at all. Lumia 920 on 8.1 update 1 with Cyan firmware.
I'd appreciate a solution. I've tried restarting and a soft reset but no luck. Really don't want to do a hard reset.

Hi iam on a windows 8.1 phone and it keeps telling me it cant connect to server, but my girlfriend sitting next to me has no problem. Also it keeps telling me its having an unknown error, and when it does tell me the error code Microsoft has nothing come
up when I type it in to error code search engine. I really don't know what to do any one capable of helping?

I also have a Windows Phone 8.1 and it connects, so let's first try a refreshed installation of the game just in case there is corruption to the game's files. To do a refreshed install, please uninstall the game and then shut your phone down for at least
a minute. Restart your phone and reinstall the game.

If after the refreshed reinstall, you're still having trouble, please let me know.
