    Unable to download update from xbox live

    hello i have tried everything but have failed to update my x box through x box live

    and also i am unable to connect to x box live i was connected once but now i dont know what has happend any suggestions

    Console won't connect to x-Box live

    Two X-Box consoles in room.

    Console 1: I am able to log on to X-Box live fine.

    Log off. Turn off Console. Move X-Box Live acct info on flash drive from Console 1 to Console 2

    Turn on Console 2

    Console 2 - Unable to login to X-Box Live. Passes WiFi test, Passes internet Test, Will not connect to X-Box Live.

    Console 2 has my GTA 5 game and data.

    What would cause this problem?

    I've have the same problem for at least a week. Unfortunately, I haven't seen an official support person on this forum for months.

    Same here, haven't been able to see Friends leader board for two days. Hope someone is actually reading these posts and trying to get it fixed.

    unable to connect to X box live

    Same problem here. I've gone over all the settings for my xbox account but still no joy, and yes I am connected to the internet. Been going on for a couple of weeks now.

    I have been having the same issue. It doesn't seem to make a difference if I am on WiFi or not.

    Same here, Lumia 520, since the Black update if that helps and not just coincide.

    Lumia 920 here so might just be a coincidence. Isn't anyone in Support reading these posts? Is anything being done to fix the problem? Getting a bit p•••ed off!

    Same issue here on my Lumia 1020 on AT&T with the Black update. Cannot connect to Xbox Live.
