    "Unable to connect to world." Windows 10 edition


    Whenever I try to join my (sister) friends world (we are on the same network) I

    can't join. It says "Unable to connect to world." She is able to play games such as lifeboat survival games but I am unable to open this.

    Please help

    Hi, my friend and me bought Minecraft Windows 10 Edition and we cant play together if i want join him is written "Unable to connect world"

    Can not connect

    So it seems that every server I connect to on Minecraft windows 10 edition it tells me it cannot connect to world, anyone have any ideas why?

    Hello QuinIanJustice,

    First of all, what version of Windows 10 do you have, and are you connected to the internet via WiFi or Ethernet?

    Does your network have some services restricted maybe?

    I suggest signing in to https://account.xbox.com/settings, and making sure none of the multiplayer permissions are restricted.

    I also recommend having a look at the link below, as it contains all the steps to take to edit those privacy setting:

    I'm trying to set up an Xbox Live or Microsoft Account (including Realms access for Child Accounts!)
