The error message "Unable to connect to world. Connection timed out" typically indicates a problem with the connection between your device and the server you are trying to connect to. There are a few different things that could be causing this issue.

Make sure that your internet connection is stable and fast enough to handle multiplayer gaming. Try running a speed test to check your internet speed.

Restart your router and/or modem.

Check your Xbox Live connection. Go to Settings > Network > Test network connection.

Check your network settings on your console, go to Settings > Network > Network settings, and make sure that the correct network is selected.

Check your NAT type, it should be Open or Moderate. You can check it by going to Settings > Network > Network settings > Test network connection.

Try disabling any VPN or proxy that you may be using.

Try port forwarding if your network has a firewall.

With such issues, I would suggest restarting your device as well as your network hardware/ router and check again. However, if the issue persist, it would be best to get in touch with Minecraft support as they will be more equipped to assist you to solve the issue.
