    Unable to Connect to Wireless -


    Unable to connect to wireless. Rebooted console, and attempted to setup wireless again. Received an error that I need to unplug the network cable. There is no network cable plugged in. Rebooted console again, and attempted to connect to wireless. Instructed
    to contact support for repair.

    Unable to connect to wireless

    I am unable to connect to my profile on my Xbox as well I cannot connect my Xbox to the internet. It's says I'm connected but unable to use any apps or Microsoft accounts. Thanks in advance for any insight on the matter.

    Xbox connection troubleshooting     steps a shot and see if they help get you connected. Post back and let us know how it goes!

    Hey there Kyle.

    Sorry to hear you're having WiFi troubles! When you mention rebooting console, are you performing a full power cycle? A full power cycle would be holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until the Xbox One fully powers off. You may also want to try unplugging
    from the power for 30 seconds after it powers down.

    Cannot connect to Xbox live

    When I connected it directly it wouldn't recognize the ethernet cable and it attempted to connect to the wireless network which was offline. I restarted it and it had the same problem. It also said it was unable to detect a wireless network next to the wireless
    network it was trying to use. Which was a bit contradictory.
