Unable to connect to parties on Xbox App

For the past month I have been trying to connect to my friend's parties with no success. I have an internet connection, my teredo address is obtained. But every time I join my friend's party, I get the circle loading image for a solid 3 seconds then the
entire app crashes. Is it just me or is the app broken [again]? One thing I have not tried yet is uninstalling the app. But when I go to my apps, it is not letting me uninstall the Xbox App. Please respond because I've been spending way too much time trying
to figure this out instead of writing my papers. Thank you and god speed.

xbox one

On the xbox one I am able to connect to xbox live and join parties but am unable to play any games online

Teredo server connectivity is blocked on xbox app. Works fine on other devices on same network.

I am unable to connect to parties on the xbox app on windows 10, at first under the network setting it would say "Teredo is unable to qualify" after spending 20+ hours trying to fix this issue going over every official support forum and trying
every solution multiple times, i now have a strict nat type but server connectivity is "Blocked" i am still unable to connect to parties. I can connect fine on other windows 10 devices on the same network.

i wouldn't be posting here if it wasn't absolutely necessary. what would block this on my pc? i have avast antivirus and Mcafee(currently uninstalled). No other optimizer's or firewalls. Windows firewall is active and up to date.

Other issues I've recently had is with the NFL app not loading videos and being slow. Titanfall likes to disconnect from the server randomly while in the lobby and sometimes during mid game. The party app will give me an error and say that I can connect
to the party but after that it shows me in the party but I'm unable to communicate with anyone till I exit out of the party and sometimes I have to reset my xbox one.
