Unable to connect to online game services

I am currently unable to connect to any online game services using my Xbox One. This started today, although I have not used my console for about 2 weeks.

I was on an insider beta build, so the first thing I did was reset the console (keeping my apps and games).

I have checked the network settings on the console (I am using a wired connection) and all the tests pass. My NAT type is "open".

If I enable IPv6 on my router everything works ok. However, this is a 6to4 tunnel and I have found it causes instability with my router.

I am able to connect to Xbox Live, download games, browse the store, use apps like YouTube, and sync game data. I am having no other issues on my network, and I can play games online on my PS4.

I have tried adding my Xbox to my DMZ on my router, restarting my router, and restarting the Xbox, but I still have issues.

Halo MCC is unable to sync file share data:

Rocket League can search and find games, but times out once connecting:

Burnout Paradise Remastered says the servers are not available at this time:

Fallout 76 says the connection timed out:

Gears of War Ultimate Edition stalls on this screen:

The status shows everything as working and I can't find any help articles that describe the problem I'm having.

Try resetting internet. Xbox could be having issues as well today for some people. I was having touble connecting on GTA

I have tried turning everything off for 60 seconds and then turning it back on, and https://beta.support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status shows no issues, but I am still having the issue.

Thanks for the links, the first shows I have Xbox Live Gold until the end of next year, and the second shows I have a clean record on my account.
