Unable to connect to Minecraft Services

Hello! So I've owned Minecraft for a couple years now. Just recently I was looking to get back into it and while I booted it up I was asked to migrate to a Microsoft account much like everyone else. I was specifically looking to play on a realm with a bunch of friends, however when I open the launcher at the bottom of the screen it says 'Unable to connect to Minecraft services'. Instead of saying 'Play' it says 'Play Demo' and 'Play Trial' for the java edition and windows edition. When I click 'Buy now' it asks me to put in my pin, then nothing else happens. I have already tried an alternative download from the minecraft website and that allows me to play the java edition but I can't play on realms with friends. I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall from the microsoft store and nothing either.

I may add that I even bought it on the ps4 and it doesn't seem to work there either.

(I do apologize if I didn't post in the correct section/category, I wasn't entirely sure)

Great to have you back to Minecraft! We understand that you are trying to play Minecraft Realms however you were prompted about the free trial of the game you have purchased. On minecraft it said that were unable to connect to the marketplace check your internet connection I tried that but it didnt work

I'm really sorry to hear that you're unable to play with your Microsoft account, however you can visit Minecraft's website and check the connected accounts to your Minecraft account. If you're unable to find any connected accounts, you can go ahead and contact the support for Minecraft as we do not handle connecting accounts.
