Discus and support Unable to connect to Microsoft Solitaire.     Unable to connect to Microsoft Solitaire. Receiving error code 121003


    I haven't been able to find any information on the error code 121003 and how to troubleshoot this error.

    Can't get on Microsoft Solitaire. I get error code 121003. Have tried many troubleshooting things just don't work.

    have got the same error code. looks like it appeared for several users 5 months ago! but couldn't see until now any good solution??!

    I only know that I had yesterday an update of my device and because of new laws in Europe about the protection of personal data, the update sent me through a bunch of questions, which I might have not answered to be able to play this game any longer????

    but it could be a co-incidence?

    But if I won't be able the Solitaire anniversary game tomorrow, I will deinstalall this junk for good and enjoy other more fun games without those issues!

    Unfortunately no luck, nobody seems to know anything about these error codes 121003 and 124 on Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Seems to be a cloud issue. The message is no internet connection when the computer is connected.

    It's also with Solitaire. I got error code 121010 and 121003 and I don't know what that mean.
