    unble to connect to live at all.

    I am unable to connect to xbow live for like a week like. I have to internet connection. when I do the test xbox live connection. it says network: connected internet: connected xbox live: connected. then under live status: service: service alert xbox stores:
    service alert accounts: up matchmaking: up. what do I need to do? or is there some other problem/

    Deleted accounts

    There was an outage related to matchmaking for a while (I was constantly getting an unable to connect to server message) but that shouldn't have wiped your accounts from the Xbox nor removed games

    Network settings for Xbox one are a little different than they were for Xbox 360. Also how often do you power cycle your console? As with any operating system it has to refresh. I have mine set to shut down every day instead of the instant on setting and
    have very few issues with the system including Advanced warfare matchmaking.

    BioMechGirl: the account you are posting with is a silver account. If this is the one you are trying to use for matchmaking, it is the reason why you can't connect.

    From what I am reading in this thread - your TV doesnt support the required refresh rate for gameplay in 4K. The XBOX isnt the problem. To test this you could connect your XBOX to a gaming monitor which supports the required higher refresh rate at 4K. Does
    yout TV offer HDR or even better HDR10?

    My assumption is that this TV is a little older and probably does a software based upscale to 4K which it cant compute at a higher speed then 24 frames per second whereas the XBOX wants to send 60 frames per second of picture information.
