Unable to connect to live

Hi all, for the last week i have been unable to connect to live. Test connection and says everything is fine but if i try to load my profile whilst the internet is on it just freezes at the loading profile screen with the circle going round. If the internet
is off or i load a profile that doesnt have a gold subscription it loads ok. I have removed my profile and re installed it again but still no success, i have opened the ports required still no joy. My gold profile will just not connect.

Thesz, you forget the part where this solution is only temporary because my connection is acting up....... again.

 

Forgot to say i have also tried it at a friends with a different provider and still no joy

 

Youre not the only one, many people are having problems. Doesn't seem that anyone on this site gives 2 *** either. Ridiculous.

If you are having problems with your profile on different consoles, you best bet is to call
XBOX LIVE SUPPORT AT
1-800-4MY-XBOX or
1-800-469-9269. They will be the only one that will be able to provide you with the information on why your profile will not download. Other wise check out XBOX SUPPORT PAGE. AT

support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

Hopefully they will be able to get you the information you need.
