Unable to connect to Live.

If you haven't already, turn off your networking equipment for a couple of minutes, and restore your console's network settings to factory defaults, then try connect to Live.

 

I have done that a few times already. No changes. Same error.

If everything else fails, Im likely going to reset all routers/modems to factory default.

But before that, if there are other solutions, Id gladly try them.

 

I contacted my ISP again.

They said that the issue Im having is a known issue and theyre working to fix it.

From what I understood from them, its directly between Clearwire and Xbox Live.

It should be working by tonight, apparently.

Maybe thatll help other people with similar issues that also use Clearwire.

I'm having the same exact issues, but clear wire isn't my ISP. There has to be more going on at Microsoft's end.

 

@BrooklynTICO - The Xbox core services are currently up and running under normal conditions, so, if you haven't already, I suggest that you start a new thread with a detailed description of your situation, along with any troubleshooting steps you have tried
so far.

Figured Id update.

All systems are go.

Everything is working.

I was able to re-update and redownload my profile, and Im now Live.

Thanks for all the help suggestions (though it was all my ISP and issues with Live to begin with).

Pretty much just happy to be on live again.
