Unable to connect to Live for the past couple of days

So I've had an Xbox One for a few weeks now and have had no problems up until now, we had problems with our internet (BT with a Homehub) the other day in our building but an engineer came out and fixed it. All other devices are functioning okay now and my
Xbox One has no problems connecting to the WiFi and is reporting an open NAT. However all I see on my Homescreen is "Having trouble connecting?" and the Network settings screen says "Service info is unavailable" testing the network connection reports that
everything is okay but the multiplayer connection test fails and says try again. I've also forwarded the correct ports on my home hub as per the guides on this website.

Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have a NAT error? No, NAT Type: Open

Any Error Codes you encounter: Multiplayer test says 0x780 and detailed statistics status code is 0x8040002000055

Who is your ISP?(Internet Service Provider): BT

Unable to connect for the past few days

Hey Barron (amazing GT by the way). That sounds very odd. Have you tried changing the password on your wireless and updating it on the console? Or we can test a wired connection to see if that behaves itself as well.

Recently my Xbox was unable to connect wirelessly to the internet when my connection was fine. I tried connecting it to my network and it says that I have an incorrect wireless password that I havent changed since I got it. I have done everything I can
to try to resolve the issue but it simply will not connect me. December 29th was when I started experiencing this. Any help would be great.

 

i am having the same issue been happening for weeks now the service info is unavailable keeps disconnecting me for no reason and i have tried EVERYTHING i can think of. just really annoys me, i hope this is a issue on ms side and they fix this quickly

 

actually quick reply to this been messing with my router settings, did the port forwarding then disabled UPnP and that seems to have fixed it al least for now. i will see how it goes and try and see if it works
