    Unable to connect to internet

    Hi!

Recently, I wanted to reconnect to Xbox Live because I wanted to download some DLC. I failed to connect even though I used 3 different (and working) UTP cables, I reset the Xbox settings to the Factory Default settings a few times and I even reset my router
a few times as well. Nothing worked and I'm pretty sure I can conclude that my ethernet port is broken.

My question: Is it possible to get the DLC that I want on any kind of USB flash drive (or other options) so I can still play it offline? And if no, is there any way I could double check if my ethernet port is actually broken or not? (and could I repair this
    problem?)

Thanks for the replies in advance! Unable to connect to internet :)

Ps: my model = xbox 360 pro

    :)

If it's not already Dropped I would lower the firewall on there just to be safe. I would disable LAN to WAN filter and disable the firewall in the general firewall tab.

Just to double check you are on the xbox 360 correct, if you are other good general troubleshooting would be go to your network on the console and hit configure, Go to additional settings, restore network settings to factory defaults and power off the console
for 30 sec and while its off unplug your asus gateway for 30 sec then power them both back on and test the connection. Who is your ISP??

    Hello,

the fact that you can't connect properly is a hint there something wrong with your console ethernet port and the best solution would be to get a wireless adapter.

Check if the DLC you require is released as a disc otherwise you can downloaded it only through your console in order to use it.

    Hope this helped you!
