Attention, error authorizing user with Halo 5 Guardians Service

I'm having a problem where I cant connect to only halo services such as halo 5 customization of my account and accessing the halo channel and I can play any other multiplayer game such as titan fall just fine. On halo 5 I cannot connect to servers and the
halo channel it says I don't have halo services and I cant read the daily message of the day and this problem has been occurring since December of 2015

Service Alert

Alright so for the past 2 days now I have been unable to connect to a Halo Reach match. As soon as I would get in the lobby everyone would lag out and I would be the only person in the lobby when, in reality, it's me who lagged out. I have an open NAT
do that means I'm compatible with everyone so this problem shouldn't persist. Also upon waking up this morning I tried logging on to my XBL account, and everything was fine (ie Internet connection, Xbox live itself, etc) but after i would do a connection test
a little yellow thing would appear and it is labeled "Service Alert". I am positive that is the reason why I can't connect to live. Someone anyone please respond! (Halo reference) but Forrealz I have no idea what to do

They had to cancel all they’re streams because of it

Go to halowaypoint and look at the massive reports of disconnects etc.

The game is currently unplayable really

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
