Unable to connect to game server eso xbox one 16.09.2019

Hi, I'm having problems playing Eso. I can't join the game, but it's unclear connecting to the game server. The problem with the game after upgrading the Xbox or after installing the ESO
Elsweyr add-ons I bought on disk and with the code. This is a problem on my 2 consoles. All the steps that have been taken so far.

Signed profile on Xbox Live and Game Pass
- restarted router
- Connected to the router by wifi
- Removed and reinstalled the game

- switched between mega-servers

- cleared mac address

- clear local save messages

- crossed the following ports

• UDP port 88
• UDP ports from 12000 to 32000
• UDP 6250 port
• UDP 5060 port
• UDP port 5062
• UDP port 3478 to 3479
• UDP and TCP 3074 ports
• UDP and TCP ports 53
• TCP port 80
• TCP port 433
Please help with this problem.

Hi

I solved this problem. The problem was with the internet provider he was producing gray IP. Now my white IP works fine.

Check on the Bethesda website to see if the servers are available there could be some maintenance. Try also to connect Xbox with ethernet cable.

Turning off the power for 20 minutes did not help

Thanks for updating us with your reply. As our Ambassador
DominumStige stated, the ESO servers were undergoing maintenance (as were the Bethesda servers in general) but that seems to have concluded according to their Twitter feed: Bethesda
Support Twitter.

Should you continue to have issues in connecting to their servers, and are able to connect to other multiplayer games on your Xbox, then I recommend that you reach out directly to them to see what solutions they may have available to get you back onto the
game.
