Unable to connect to game chat and party chat

I was banned from xbox one few weeks ago and the band has been lifted but I'm unable to connect to game chat and party chat I can hear others but they can't hear me ....Please fix this problem

Party Chat Not Working

Hey all,

Just signed up as I got my xbox one today. Loving it so far.

However has anyone figured Party chat yet? I can start a party and join the chat, but no one else in that party can.

additionally if i join a party I'm unable to join the chat and get the message "Party chat cannot be started at this time"

Any Ideas?

Game/Party chat fail

My xbox is is the same situation. earlier today and yesterday evening I was unable to connect with friends via party. In game chat seems to function alright.

I'm having the same issue. Unable to connect to party chat using Xbox Game Bar and Xbox Companion. It started between 8pm and 830pm EST.

Probably he will only be unable to contact you, party chat, game chat, messages, but in the same match, it may happen to fall together.
