    Unable to connect to FUT2015


    Hi All

    My son moved from XBOX 360 to XBOX One at Christmas and has never been able to connect to FUT2015. He is signed in with his XBox Gold Account but it keeps saying it can not connect to EA Servers. When he tries his 360 that is fine.

    I have added my XBOX Account ( I dont have XBOX Live) but I can access it for some reason. I have also added him as a family member which I noticed was set up on 360 but still fails. and in permissions etc he is classed as an adult.

    I can only think its something to do with either xbox live account, his Origin Account or something we are missing in set up. We have been trying for 4 days now without any progress.

    Even if it is something to do with the account why when it works fine on 360. Any advise please? Thank you
