I'm glad you guys were able to come to some solution that was acceptable.

Like onyx mentioned, we can't process refunds here so you'll want to reach out to our
phone/chat support teams and explain things to them. If things don't get resolved the way you'd like them to, post back and we'll see what we can do to help you out.

Well I have done what you said and deleted from everywhere and sadly it did not work. I am back in contact with their team as well to hopefully somehow get to the bottom of this. As always, thank you for your help.

Sadly, I do not know anyone else who owns an xbox one. Anyone that comes to mind owns a PS4, shame. XD

Hey there Greywolf!

Sounds like you've tried a lot of things so far. Can you try playing the game and connecting to the ESO servers using a different Xbox Live account? That'll help us determine if the issue may be with your account or console/network.
