Unable to Connect to any Game Servers Xbox One

I can’t connect to any game servers on xbox but am connected to xbox live. I noticed the issue after being away for a week. I tried loading up destiny 2 and was given an error message saying “Could not connect to Destiny 2 servers. Check your network
configuration and try again. Error code: weasel”. I tried loading up multiplayer on Call of Duty but was also told i can’t connect to the game server.

Like i said, am able to access xbox live as normal and can still access party chats.

I am using a wired connection straight to the xbox, NAT type is open, have a multiplayer connection, download speed 45.89mb/s, upload speed 13.64 mb/s, 0% packet loss, MTU 1460, latency 167ms

What i’ve tried so far:

-restarting my xbox

-powercycling the xbox

-unplugging all cables to the xbox and plugging them back in again

-restarted the router

-disconnected the router for 10 minutes

-tried playing on another account

-tried all the troubleshooting tips on bungie’s (destiny 2) error code weasel page

-searched over forums everywhere

My house had 2 blackouts/power outages while I was away, could that be the cause? Any ideas on how to fix this? Any help would be great, thanks.
