Unable to connect online to Halo 3?

Hello,

All available information is telling me that Halo 3 and other Xbox 360 Halo titles will have online functionality until January 13, 2022. However, every time I attempt to start an online game in Halo 3 tonight I get the message that "Information could not be retrieved from Xbox Live".

Is my information wrong? Were all 360 titles taken offline already?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

As I have checked Halo on Xbox 360 servers are still up and running and I have also validated to see if there are any known outages but everything is perfect.

Kindly restart your Xbox 360 console along with your router for 5 minutes then try again.

I am not 100% on Halo 3 (unable to find the information right now), but with Battlefield 3 it requires the online pass which is seperate from the xbox live gold subscription. Have you redeemed the online pass on your account yet?

Hopefully you got this resolved! Try both a wired connection and wifi. Weirdly I can only play halo 3 online on wifi with good connection.

Just lovely. Another reason Telus is *** crap. I'm also on Telus, Actiontec V1000H and am completely unable to play Gears Of War 3 online with other players, as well as Halo Reach (but I suspect that is a 343i problem).
