Unable to Connect EA Online

Game:Battlefield V

Under the same console and network, my account cannot connect to EA online, but my friend's account can connect.

When I play in Xbox cloud gaming, it can't connect to EA online, so I think it's my account problem.

This problem only occurs on battlefieldV. When I play other battlefield games, I can normally connect to EA online.

I asked the EA customer service and they said that my EA account was normal and there was no ban.

My Xbox privacy settings are all turned on,I even tried to reset my Xbox Console, but it still couldn't connect to EA online. This problem lasted for several days, so I couldn't play bfv with my profile.

can we still play bf2? i playied this game way to much on pc! i wanted to get it for 360 but i really want o play online because bf3 is nothing like bf2

Really? Because the BF 5 is one of the few games that can't be played online if gameshared, only by the person who owns it, regardless of been via subscription or purchased.

Wish they re-open the servers and have this backward compatible for XBOX1.
