    Unable to connect cross platform to Xbox


    I am unable to connect to a friends Xbox from my Nintendo Switch when playing Minecraft bedrock edition. It doesn’t seem to be a router issue since they can connect to me and i can connect to a tablet on their end. Our only problem is that i cant connect
    to their Xbox.

    You can't cross platform. Xbox users can only connect with others playing on xbox.

    Thanks for reaching out to us! We are aware that Child accounts are unable to use cross platform on Fortnite. The only account able to access cross platform at this time are Adult accounts. Our engineers are already looking into this. Once we have an update
