    Unable to connect. Check your network name and password and try again


    I keep trying to connect and connect, but the Xbox says I have the wrong password, even though ite correct! Resetting the modem works, but only for a few days. And also when I did connect to it, it asked me for authentication or an alternate MAC address.

    Can anyone please find a solution? I'm desperate...

    My wireless connection on Xbox One won't work. I already did a hard reset, but still not working. Can somebody help?

    Be absolutely sure you are typing the login credentials to your network correctly. Try connecting wired and see if it works for you. Good Luck!
