    Unable to complete your purchase at this time


    I have been unable to download Red Dead Redemption all day. I keep getting the message "we are unable to complete your purchase at this time". My card info is accurate...my region setting is accurate.....my account settings are not blocking the purchase.....and
    I've tried other methods such as PayPal......I keep getting the same message. I looked into this on the internet and it seems to be a common problem with NOBODY supplying an answer!

    Yes I've used it before to buy MS Points, and my paypal is connected to my bank account so dont know what the problem is, only difference being I'm trying to purchase it from my computer at work using xbox.com

    Keep trying to download Bully from Marketplace, have paypal set up but keep getting error message.

    I'm in the UK so should have no region issues, can anyone help please?

    Try using a different payment method such as purchasing a Xbox gift card and putting the card on your Xbox and purchasing it that way. If that does not work then you might have to order the actual game disc.

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this kind of thing could throw anyone off, so let's see if we can help get to the bottom of this. Sometimes, depending on where your card comes from,
    your financial institution might put in blocks from you making multiple purchases from an online store. If possible, I would try waiting a day, but if you have this happen again and again, I would suggest getting in

    contact support     when you get a chance.

    Restart your console, then try again. If it doesn't work, then buy the game from the Microsoft website :)
