    Unable to complete weekly set in Microsoft Rewards app on Xbox


    One task is to earn 3 achievements. I have earnt about 5 or 6 and it has only recognised one. Any way I can get around this, or do i just lose my streak because the app is bugged?

    try a Power Cycle of your Xbox

    hold the power button for 10 seconds until it shuts down completely then unplug the power from the wall for 5 minutes.

    plug it back in and turn it on and try the app again.

    if that doesn't work use the information in my previous post to contact MS Rewards Support
