    Yes this issue keeps happening with me. Splitting the payments between a gift card balance and your CC/DB card worked for a while, but not anymore. I've attempted all troubleshooting methods but still no joy. I shouldn't have to go and buy gift cards
    to purchase content everytime.....

    Microsoft Trying to safe our money, They've destroyed all payments options except for Windows OS.

    Unable to complete the payment processing..

    I've found the solution… the problem seems to be the credit/debit card holder name, I have 3 credit cards , in 2 of them, my name appears as "Jack Tellez R", in the other one, just sais "Jack Tellez", the 3 CC has enough balance, but the last one, without
    the "R" or "R." was the only one that let me buy the game… try different options with the last names…

    Yep, same thing here when I tried to buy BF1. Support will never help you, they just tell you to buy a gift card.

    Hi everyone! I've been experiencing the same issue when trying to purchase The Witcher 3. I was thinking about contacting support, but then I said: "Hey, let me try something else before that, if it still doesn't work I'll contact the guys". So I went on
    my account, removed the credit card from my account, made sure the region of the account and of the content I was trying to purchase were correct and re-added my credit card to the account. After that I went to purchase the game again. What do you know, it
    worked!

    Just give it a go guys, if it still doesn't work I guess the next best thing is to purchase the content that you want from a shop as a code or token.

    I removed Paypal ...I added Paypal ....I removed Paypal... I added American express.... Even though removing and adding different payment options are successful the purchasing of anything on Xbox or Microsoft online for Xbox does not work!

    Actually my Paypal and my Amex have always worked and the names are all good but now the payments fail only with Microsoft.

    Same issue here. Spent two hours with support, they told me to buy a gift card and that didnt work either
