Like RomkaZzz said, trying the website is going to be the first step to take. What payment method are you trying to use to make the purchase? Note that you cannot use stored currency to purchase Xbox 360 games from the Xbox One. The only way to use that
is going to be through the Xbox 360 console itself. Also, if your account is a child account, some purchases may be restricted as well.

If you've tried all the above (and your account is not a child account) and you still can't purchase, post back with the game title in question and we'll see what we can do.

Try using a different payment method such as purchasing a Xbox gift card and putting the card on your Xbox and purchasing it that way. If that does not work then you might have to order the actual game disc.

You'll need to call support for help with this. They'll probably work with you to try and get it working or figure out what to do next.

your financial institution might put in blocks from you making multiple purchases from an online store. If possible, I would try waiting a day, but if you have this happen again and again, I would suggest getting in

contact support when you get a chance.
