Unable to complete a service request to return a controller

I'm trying to return an xbox controller under warranty, but the page to do it isn't working. After submitting the request, this message is displayed "login.microsoftonline.com refused to connect." I am signed in, so don't know why this is occurring.

Any idea how to contact Microsoft directly or have another way of submitting this request? Email is fine.

What page is that? The only Contact Us I find takes me into a never ending loop of self help solutions

There is no email as pii info.has to be exchanged interactively

If you have received an email with the shipping label, check the top of the email it should say "Having trouble viewing this email? View in browser", Click that and it will take you to another version of the email, click the link on the email to go to the Microsoft support page, and you should be able to find it there.

Thank you for your assistance, but all the links provided end up in the bugged ‘request a return’ loop. I am unable to request a return, or even contact anyone yo raise the issue with the return procedure.

Is there an email to contact someone directly, to get out if this failed automated loop?

You would have to return your console from where you bought it and have them know about your issue.

It seems that you are unable to request a repair through Xbox Online Service Center, since Romania is not listed among the supported countries.
