    At the time you messaged me I was logged in to Xbox, yes, but my girlfriend was also logged in with her account and was watching TV. I was out running errands. Sorry I can't drop everything for every question - I have a life outside of the forums/ambassabank,
    as do all of the other ambassadors.

    As for the "personal attacks" I mentioned - that was more directed at Hattori than you (the "condescending sarcastic buffoon" comment). I just wanted to alleviate the situation before it got taken any further.

    As ambassadors, we do represent something - and the vast majority of us (myself included) take it very seriously. It's not our end-all-be-all though, and we certainly don't have all the answers. This case in particular, we've done just about everything
    we can. I understand that's not the answer you're looking/hoping for, but it's the truth. The Xbox team is looking into the issue, and as soon as there's an update I'm sure it will be all over this forum (and probably Reddit and other communities as well,
    if you frequent those sites).

  2. @theoryofgame the evidence is there fella, he was being sarcastic and condescending in previous posts he made which is unacceptable considering he needs to maintain a level of professionalism and integrity which is not shown when he makes comments like he
    did.

    So the only personal insult was the "buffoon" remark I made, which I guess is to sensitive and apparently offended him, even though you seem to be speaking on his behalf, yet he has not stated an issue with out right. Regardless I am sorry if I offended
    him in any way with that remark. but definitely not apologising for stating the facts that he has been sarcastic and condescending throughout most of his replies which is unacceptable as an ambassador.

  3. @hattorihanzo420 I completely agree with you. The processes in place are disgusting for a company that looks to provide products to their customers. I can't believe that I've been paying for all of this to happen. Enforcement United is a joke and so is the
    ambassador program, which seems to be a vehicle for cheap labor in the Xbox community. An effective way to take action would be to forward this forum thread to people that actually work at Microsoft and have the authority and power to make changes that will
    properly fascilitate all of the Xbox live community, rather than suspending people into oblivion for cussing, and then getting their communications locked up. There is a fine line between offending people and threatening people, versus using a few curse words
    over competitive gameplay, especially when there is cheating involved in said game. I got suspended for three weeks because I used foul language with people exploiting a glitch in Destiny. Those players were not suspended, as I asked them myself. I did get
    suspended though, a ten year customer with Xbox, never had any previous suspensions, and have a full green bar of reputation. I even give back to fellow gamers, helping them to improve at particular games as well as troubleshooting issues that frequently occur
    in the Xbox world. I do not ask for any type of compensation such as avatar themes, gamer pictures, and free Xbox. With all the facts laid out on the table, Xbox does not hesitate to issue suspensions. Nor do they care if they mess up party and game chats.
    This is poor customer service on the lowest of all levels. No one has gone out of their way to help me at all. Taking the "time out of your day" is a comical remark as ambassadors are provided incentives in leveling up. Where's my cool proze for staying with
    Xbox and helping the community? Oh ya, its on a back log of bug fixes that need to be deployed into production. But seeing as how only a "small amount of users experience this bug" (Denaz666), then it must not be too important.

  5. @ELS FENOMENO You would have better luck defecating in your hands and clapping if you are trying to get a definitive answer on the forums regarding this issue. From what I have been officially told, by the call team, is that a fix for this issue is due to
    be pushed out worldwide towards the end of next week, vague I know, and dubious at best but its probably the best answer you are going to get other than hearing the generic pre written response "The team are currently already looking into this issue, and will
    provide an update as soon as they are able"

    I also suggest contacting Xbox call team yourself to get this answer directly, as well as getting Xbox gold time as compensation for this issue that is affecting you, as I did.

  7. I completely agree with this entire post this has been a joke and a run around, and to be honest DENZa666 while not trying to be does often come off as condescending. Most of us on here aren't dumb people, if you don't have an answer than just come out with
    that don't try and lead us in circles to forums and posts that are either not monitored or haven't received an update in over a month. We're all frustrated so yes we are making a big deal about this, for some people myself including talking over Xbox is our
    only way of communicating with friends from back home, or friends that are away. Isn't that the entire point of social gaming like Destiny, COD, etc. when you remove our ability to talk due to an issue on your end, and it just sits and festers and blows up
    people are going to get frustrated very quickly. We all do research we know to update controllers and power cycle systems, so to some of us mundane obvious answers such as though are a slap in the face to gamers, which is literally who you're here to help
    as an ambassador.

    I don't know what else you want us to say. The update controller and power cycle have worked for some people, so that's why it's the suggested solution at this time, but it's also known that it doesn't work for everyone. Until the team finds a solution
    to the problem and deploys a fix, that's the best thing we can tell you. We aren't going to make up stuff and suggest you do things that we know won't work.

    Yes, it's frustrating that it doesn't work... it's frustrating for us too because we don't have a solid solution to give you. The absolute, best answer we can give at this time is to keep an eye on this sticky, which will be updated as more information
    and new solutions come available from the Xbox team (including the enforcement team). Anything else, and I'd be lying to you - which I won't do.

    Just look at the way Theory of game responded, once again another point that the ambassadors on here are a joke and don't take matters seriously with a level of professionalism or integrity that should be carried by them, he literally started of with a sarcastic
    real life story as to why he didn't respond right away, as if we should care about his delayed response and that were constantly watching these forums awaiting a response, as well as then basically mocking us claiming that we have "no life" like he supposedly
    does, all because we are voicing are concerns about issue regularly/frequently. I honestly feel like most of these ambassadors or the support team members I have dealt with have their head up their bottom in terms of providing straight answers.

    24 hour suspensions can't be appealed simply because by the time it is re investigated the suspension would be over.

    Like you said,best thing to do if you receive any abusive messages over live is to just report & block the sender.

    I was suspended from chat and message and its over yet i still cant chat or message

    I am having the same problem, had my first suspension this past week after dude told me he would report me and get all his buddies to do so simply because I killed him in a game. After my 24 hour suspension was up though I am still unable to use Party chat.
    Hopefully Microsoft will address this issue soon instead of referring my back to Enforcement.Xbox.com
