Unable to communicate in game or party chat

I am unable to communicate in either in game or party chat. My circle lights up in party chat but my voice does not project. I have done hard resets, controller updates, and have an open NAT. Anyway know what this issue is from?

When do people communicate in games anyway, other than party chat virtually nobody actually uses the in game chat to strategize.

Party Chat is the reason why most people don't communicate in game or don't even bother playing with a mic.

What headset are you using? If a third part one such as turtle beach etc then connect the Xbox one to see if the chat works. We'll try and narrow down the issue...

Have you recently had a communication ban? If so there is an issue of when coming off the ban you are still unable to be heard when it party chat.

yeah most are in party chat.

party chat on 360 is a good/evil kinda thing. it has it's good points but also hampers communication in games like this if everyone is not in the same party.. there is absolutely no communication between teammates then.
