    once my ban was lifted i am still unable to talk 2 weeks later. the account can still able to message and record just party chat is not working for a strange reason. any help would be very appreciated

    It was noted to be a problem since Oct. 9th, it's now Nov. 2! The Enforement Team is a complete joke! If they know theres an issue then why continue?!? Like really! It's about to be a FULL MONTH but no fix. People can say "well you should of never got yourself
    suspended" it does not matter I paid for services that I am not getting. There's no excuse for having a bug in your system for almost a full month but still be issuing suspensions. I'm currently going into week 2 without being able to talk to people only through
    messages. I hope someone writes about this because people are losing money and nothing at all is being done. Also Xbox Live Customer Service & Xbox Ambassadors are completely useless so if you're having the same issue as me don't even bother you'll get the
    some stuff every time! There is NOTHING we can do but wait.

    I am having this same problem. Customer support is useless. The enforcement forum is apparently no longer even being monitored. We pay for this service with our Gold membership. This was a known issue over a month ago. The enforcement team should have stopped
    issuing communication bans until it was fixed. But last week they banned me knowing full well that it would completely break my ability to use party chat. My gold membership expires in two weeks at which point I will be tossing this piece of garbage xbox and
    buying a PS4.

    It's a common problem and unfortunately there is no simple solution at this point. The issue is being worked on so your best bet is to keep checking back for future updates. Good luck

  9. @n7 tigger it may be frustrating but perhaps rather then thinking it's their fault for banning you, you should be concerned with what you did to get banned. They shouldnt stop enforcement because of a few cases of inconvenient consiquencea, since the people
    not following the tos and being disruptive to the rest of the community are a small minority, and gave up the right to complain about consequences when they broke the rules. Sorry

  12. Never said you shouldn't be able to talk, I said its a known issue and is being worked on. At the same time though instead of thinking they should stop banning people, perhaps you should stop doing things to get banned, it's pretty simple. No one who hasn't
    been banned has this issue.

    Well I don't understand why no one over at enforcement will help you out, you have such a bright and respectful personality. You've been told several times that the issue is known and being worked on. Continuing to be a keyboard hero is not going to change
    anything. It will be fixed when it gets fixed, if you have want an actual response from a Microsoft employee I'd suggest checking the attitude. No one wants to help someone who can't help themselves. I was attempting to help you but now I could care less,
    you sound like an entitled child with mommy issues, once you grow up a bit you'll see it's not all about you and learn that a little respect goes a long way. Good luck child.

  14. my advise would be to call 1-800-4my-xbox and when you get your code via-text conferming your ownership of your account, inform them you have it, then thank them for the help and keep the code
