Unable to Cofigure xbox elite series 2 wireless controller

Apparently even though I update windows regularly it didnt get the update i needed so I had to update windows to version 1903. It would seem that pressing update windows in the settings doesnt always give you the latest and greatest, I had
to download a script that basically brute forced an upgrade to the one needed and the controller config screen came up

Xbox Support for assistance as this device is so new there has not been a lot of experience with it yet.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support
