unable to close the application in question is there a solution or is it a real problem?

Hey, I found out the solution to this problem myself. If you're reading this and you are having this problem yourself, fix it by going on the application that closes the recording and press Windows + G. Go to Settings - General and uncheck the box for "Remember this is a game". It should work now!

try to uninstall your application and install again after a few minutes, if the problem persists close the application and reopen it to load normally

NONE OF THOSE SOLUTIONS WORK! This is an ongoing problem, for many of us, well over a month. Microsoft keeps closing and restarting these posts and none of their suggested solutions work. Everyone can see the thumbnails and everyone gets the "unable
to connect to twitch servers" error. This is not a twitch problem but since the console is old, Microsoft offers no solutions besides these standard suggestions that have not worked in months.
