Unable to click Join in Preview dashboard app

Ever since maybe august I have had the preview dashboard and survey apps, I have tried multiple times through multiple updates to click join in the preview app but every time I do it freezes and force closes, I cant post in the preview program forums because
I am not part of the preview program apparently. Any help is appreciated!

xbox dashboard preview help

so i recently decided to install my dashboard preview app, but when i click the join option the app crashes out. is anyone able to help me out?

I assume so, i have an app that installed one day title xbox preview dashboarf but i cant click join within the app, i also have the survey app but it will not run unless I join the prwview app. Unless a token is something different?

have you recieved an invite or have you just downloaded the app?

you will have no Access as Long you wasn^t invited...

the Preview Dashboard App is for Preview Members..

If you are invited you^ll recieve a token via XBL-message which you can redeem on your XB1.

this code give`s you the Registration App..

you^ll need to register via this app.

you will be suited in for next wave...

Once your fully registered you^ll recieve a link to the Dashboard App..

And all of that comes via XBL-Messages..

you could ask a friend in preview for inviting you.. (request me as friend )

But the selection who gets in and who not is at Microsoft...

Look if you can find the rgistration App...

I received message from xbox with invite and download/install and when i click join in the xbox preview dashboard the app freezes for 30 seconds then exits to my home screen. Retried several times to join. Same result every try.

Being invited is not enough. After a friend invites you, the application goes to the preview team. Once they approve you, they send you a code to download the app.

If you redeemed the code and the download did not start automatically, head to My Games & Apps > Apps and scroll to the far right and a grey pane will populate with tiles. One of them should be the Preview Dashboard App. Click A to download, then open it
and follow the steps to join the preview.
