Unable to Claim my Xbox reward credits

this is what the support said i am expecting 13000 xbox credits plus another 5000 credits which will be reflected on my account after 3 days

"As per checking here, this account is working perfectly fine. No any problems found on it. When we checked for your Rewards issue, we got a prompt here that you need to reach out directly on our Rewards team so that they can re-sync your account
on there Promotion server to reload your account AND make sure that you will get this credit "

I think I may also be having an problem since I just yesterday tried to use the

5,000 Rewards Credits for 250 Gems but I have yet to get an redeem email code for it, not really sure where I need to go for them to send me my code anyway, it sounds related to some of these problems report on this forum. I think
it should convert the points to Microsoft rewards points correct, so I can use it on my xbox one, anyway if it was an direct $5 dollar deposit that would be fine, but I don't think its show up on my account yet. it sounds like their having problems with some
of these 250 gem rewards , I used an 100 gem rewards also yesterday I got an email for that one, but not my 250 gem reward yet.

 

I found out it takes 96 hours for 5,000 Rewards Credits for 250 Gems, to show up under this forum, I hope that helps too ,since it has not yet been 96 hours for me yet.

 

Check the difference of the 2 pictures

TOP: my main Account

Bottom: my other account

you can see clearly that the bottom part shows " Deposit Request Submitted" compared to the top one which does not indicate any

 

Look at the difference of the picture i posted

it reads this item as out of stock, now so I don't no if its been close too that 96 hours yet, I am not sure if its going to give me the
5,000 Rewards Credits, anyway if I will be seeing them soon, just wondering about it since it still only reads on my account "You have 750 Credits from Mycredits page.

on that website. I just needed to ask this question about it, if its now out of stock since it reads redeemed on my account , will this item still be put into my still account, or will their be an delay since it now reads this item as out of stock on the page
for the MyVIP Gems?

anyway before the problem loading the page today, it read this this from that picture, it does not say "deposite request submitted at all message at all" for this item from 5/7/2018 marked as redeemed, I did go ahead and posted in the support section of this
form about it , I hope this helps.

the page is now loading again without loading page error message above but still only reads as 750 credits still out of 5,000 Rewards Credits , which again I submitted under your guys support section, anyway , I hope
it can get fixed now that I had created an post in support section, so that I hope the reward credits will show up soon, again its not been 96 hours and my account does not show the

"deposite request submitted at all message at all" for it yet at all on my page for myrewards.
