Unable to claim Forzathon Rewards since February

Despite the fact that I have completed those forzathon challenges and notifications have popped up, I failed to collect any of those rewards stated since the first event this month. I have already tried restarting the game and have read similar posts made
by others in the official Forza Motorsport Forum, yet no member or moderator seems to be able to come up with an effective solution. Is there a way to actually allow us to get back those rewards?

100% list in the Achievement list

I have completed some of the forzathon and it is saying 100% in the achievement list.

But it won't show as completed in game or give me the reward.

achievement that is showing as 100%:

#Forzathon Pace Yourself

#Forzathon Sewing Machine

#Forzathon Back-Half Breakout

#Forzathon Triple Out

Maybe it has to do with the rewards starting a new month. I just now claimed my February rewards.

You'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into it for you. There is currently a delay with April's rebate while they fix an issue, but they will check on everything else.

We see that you are no longer a Rewards member, and have not been a Rewards member since February 17th, 2016.

Oh I see, it'll be too late to claim the reward now then if you haven't already got it. Promotional offers have an expiry date and seeing as this is from February 2011, it's too late.
