    Unable to Claim Aaron Griffin

    I have got the achievement and the requisite kills but didn't have time until now to redeem it until today (5/1/2018), Upon landing on Gears of War 4 - Get Griffin Challenge | Gears of War - Official Site and selecting "claim reward"
    I get redirected to Gears of War - Official Site but the page says it isn't working.

    Am I out of luck because I cannot claim it within the time frame even though I completed the challenge but didn't claim until now? Appreciate any assistance in this matter. Thanks!

    I earned Aaron Griffin on 4/27/2018 and he has yet to appear in my character list. I’ve reset my account on the Xbox console and reloaded the game. How do I claim him???
