Unable to claim 5000 Rewards Credits

I was able to claim the 10000 credits fine but when trying to claim the 5000 I get told there is a problem and I should make a post here which is what I’m doing.

MyVIP Gem = 1 Reward Point !!!!

I read the FAQ on xbox live rewards site to know what will happen to MyVIP Gems at the end of this month when xbox live rewards become microsoft rewards ... here's what's in the FAQs .... "One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point." that's
not right .... I can use 240 MyVIP Gems to claim 5000 Microsoft Rewards points .... who did this conversion rate !!!!

I want to claim 5,000 Rewards Credits using MyVIP Gems but it's showing the following message

"OUT OF STOCK

This item can only be claimed two times per month."

although I didn't claim it at all this month ....

 

Please ignore this message. After a few more attempts I was able to claim the points.

 

I recently bought the 5,000 rewards credit and although the MyVIP tab on the site shows that I bought them I've not actually received them yet.

same issue here lmao, it says Hmmm...something went wrong

 

Same thing...doubt it'll be resolved anytime soon. These rewards have been "sold out" (cough*BS*cough) for as long as I remember...

 

I also did the 5,000 rewards credit for 250 Gems and although the MyVIP tab on the site shows it as redeemed, I've not actually received them in an email yet either or has it been direct deposted yet either on my account for using with addons
for my xbox one system, which was what I had planed on using it for in any case.

 

Message says it will take 96 hours for the amount to be credited to our account.

In the past it took 4 or 5 days sometimes a week to get the amount credited for me. Don't worry you will get it in a few days.

it reads this item as out of stock, now so I don't no if its been close too that 96 hours yet, I am not sure if its going to give me the
5,000 Rewards Credits, anyway if I will be seeing them soon, just wondering about it since it still only reads on my account "You have 750 Credits from Mycredits page. on that website.
